Welcome to the TabWare Support Zone area. We offer several services to support both existing and new users for both TabWare online and onsite. Our support plans and options including upgrade support are discussed in the Support Plans area.

To access these services you must be given the rights to do so by our administrative staff. If you require access to one or more of these services and do not currently have access to them, please email a request to our webmaster from the Contact Us page.

Our current support areas are:

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) - We created several FAQs to assist you with the most common questions about TabWare Onsite.
  • Tips & Tricks - Here you will find some special tips and tricks to aide you in special TabWare Onsite configurations.
  • Feedback & Forums - Here is your opportunity to report bugs & request new features. In addition we offer a message forum to allow you to collaborate with our support personnel and other users about TabWare.
  • Updates - Here is where you will find product updates, and special customization files. The product updates are primarily for TabWare OnSite clients.
  • Downloads - Here is where you will find client software and, additional help files. The client software is primarily for TabWare Online users.
  • Product Demo - This area will allow you to test and try out TabWare in an online classroom forum. You will need to download the client software to be able to access the product demo or the classroom. If you are enabled to use the client configuration tool, you will use this area to test your product setups prior to deploying to the production area on the main TabWare online site.
  • Client Configurator - This area will allow new TabWare online clients to interact with our Implementors online to preconfigure an instance of TabWare online through the use of a client questionnaire and a configuration wizard.
